Order Processing:

Your order is processed immediately. All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. ET weekdays (Monday-Friday) ship from our warehouse the same day. Guaranteed. Excludes holidays. If you place an order on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), your order will not ship until Monday.

 

Payment Information:

The USTA Pro Shop website accepts a variety of payment options, including debit and credit cards. The following payment methods are available for use:

• MasterCard

• Visa

 

Shipping Information:

All orders with delivery to states within United States are shipped via UPS. UPS delivers on business weekdays (Monday-Friday). The USTA Pro Shop website offers free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. (Excludes all court equipment). 

• UPS Ground - 3-7 business days

UPS Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days in the contiguous 48 states. (Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands)

• UPS Second Day Air - Weekday delivery ONLY (Monday-Friday)
• Second Day Air shipping costs are as follows: 
  •  $20 per box up to 1,728³ cubic inches
  •  Up to 10 lbs. per box

UPS delivers on business weekdays. If you place an order by 3:00 p.m. EST on a Friday, it will ship the same day. However, if you chose Second Day Air as your delivery method, you can expect your package to arrive on the following Tuesday at the earliest. UPS Second Day Air does not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Court Equipment Shipping Information:

All court equipment is excluded from the free ground shipping offer and the $20 UPS Second Day Air shipping cost. Court equipment shipping costs are based on a variety of factors including box dimensions and weight, and vary per order. If you have questions about court equipment shipping and pricing, please contact our online shopping Customer Service team at 1-800-523-8414.

International Shipping:

The USTA National Campus Pro Shop ships internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. All international orders, excluding court equipment, are subject to flat rate fee of $60. If possible, we will reduce the $60 flat rate once actual shipping costs can be verified. Reduced shipping costs are not guaranteed. International shipping costs for court equipment may exceed the $60 flat rate due to box dimension and weight.

Delivery Information:

The USTA Pro Shop online store ships most orders from the Fromuth Racquet Sports warehouse in West Lawn, Pennsylvania. UPS Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, but delivery days are not guaranteed. At our warehouse, your order is processed immediately. If an order is placed by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, it will ship the same day.

Estimated UPS Ground Delivery times from the Pennsylvania warehouse:

• Northeast  (PA, ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA) - 1-2 business days
• East/Southeast Coast thru Florida - 3 business days
• Midwest - 3-5 business days
• West Coast thru California - 5-7 business days

*Due to carrier delays and increased order volume, we anticipate shipping delays. Please note that current COVID-19 operations can impact delivery times. Weather and holidays also impact delivery. UPS service label guarantees are not in effect due to the COVID-19 pandemic and delivery days can not be guaranteed.
