Return Policy

  • We want to ensure that our customers receive the highest customer service and satisfaction.  We understand that sometimes size do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their mind, etc.  Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for credit or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date.
  • When returned, all items must be in brand new condition so that we can restock and resell them as new. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be free of labels or tape. Racquets must be unused, free of ball fuzz and scrapes, with the wrapper still on the handle. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed with original manufacturer tags and/or packaging.
  • Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Items returned for warranty replacement will be replaced. We are unable to issue refunds for defective merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge or may be returned to the customer.
  • Please include the receipt.
