USTA National Campus Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Event String Off Challenge Official Rules (the "Official Rules") 
 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 


 The object of the USTA National Campus Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Event String Off Challenge (“Challenge”) is to predict the winner of the Babolat Pure Strike String Off to win prizes from the USTA National Campus Pro Shop (“Pro Shop”). THIS CHALLENGE IS DEVISED AS A NON-GAMBLING PROMOTION and is intended solely for entertainment purposes.   The Challenge is based on the results of the Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Babolat Pure Strike Racquet String Off (the “String Off”). The String Off consists of 2 Pro Shop employees competing to completely and accurately string a new Babolat Pure Strike racquet the fastest. Prizes will be awarded to Participants who correctly predict the String Off winner with a prediction that is closest to the winning racquet time of the String-Off (“Prediction”). 
 
Participants, based on their skill, knowledge, and understanding, must make their Predictions during the Challenge Period (defined below) 
 
CHALLENGE PERIOD. The Challenge entry period begins on Monday, September 2, 2019, at 08:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Monday, September 2, 2019, at 12:00 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).  
 
ELIGIBILITY.  The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia and other locales under United States jurisdiction, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, and other protected territories), who are 18 years of age or older.  Do not enter this Challenge if you are not a legal resident of and located in the 50 United States at the time of entry.  Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited by law. Employees of the United States Tennis Association Incorporated (“USTA”), employees of the USTA Sectional Associations, employees of Fromuth Tennis (“Fromuth”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies or any other agencies or entities involved with this Challenge and members of their respective families (parents, siblings, children, and spouse and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in this Challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The USTA and Fromuth reserve the right to disqualify from this Challenge any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. 
 
HOW TO PLAY.  To play, participants must be present during the Labor Day Round Robin Event at the USTA National Campus, and enter the Challenge at the Pro Shop Racquet Bar.  
 
Participant will make the Prediction by completing the Challenge form at the Pro Shop Racquet Bar writing the name of the employee they believe will win the String Off, and write their best guess for the winning time. No changes or revisions to the Predictions will be permitted after 
USTA National Campus Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Event String Off Challenge 2019 Page 2 of 4 submission of the form. Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by participant becomes the property of USTA and Fromuth. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS MUST SUBMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Compliance with the foregoing requirements shall be determined by USTA and Fromuth in their sole discretion and USTA or Fromuth may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any participant.  
 
By participating in the Challenge, participants indicate their agreement with these Official Rules.  
 
USTA and Fromuth may, in their sole discretion, extend the Challenge Period or elect not to determine a winner of the Challenge. 
 
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The participant who selects the winning employee and is the closest to the winning racquet time will be declared the First Prize winner, pending eligibility verification. The participant who selects the winning employee and is the second closest to the winning racquet time will be declared the Second Prize winner, pending eligibility verification. The participant who selects the winning employee and is the third closest to the winning racquet time will be declared the Third Prize winner, pending eligibility verification. Potential winners will be notified after the conclusion of the String Off on or about September 2, 2019. Selected winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. All winners will be required to verify eligibility and may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity, and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. The failure of any winner to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Fromuth may re-award the prize to an alternate winner according to the next closest winning racquet time. Prizes will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. 
 
PRIZES. First Prize: The participant who selects the winning employee and is the closest to the winning racquet time will receive the First Prize. The First Prize winner will receive one (1) Babolat Pure Strike racquet of their choice (Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $219). 
 
Second Prize: The participant who selects the winning employee and is the second closest to the winning racquet time will receive the Second Prize. The Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Babolat Pure Strike 12-Pack bag (ARV: $120). 
 
Third Prize: The participant who selects the winning employee and is the third closest to the winning racquet time will receive the Third Prize. The Third Prize winner will receive one (1) Babolat Pure Strike Backpack (ARV: $80). 
 
The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the Winners.  All prize details shall be determined in the sole and 
USTA National Campus Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Event String Off Challenge 2019 Page 3 of 4 absolute discretion of the USTA and Fromuth.  Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. 
 
CHALLENGE ADMINISTRATION. USTA and Fromuth will be responsible for resolving any disputes and rules violations that arise in connection with the Challenge. All decisions by Fromuth regarding the Challenge shall be final and binding in all respects. 
 
CONSENT, LICENSE, AND RELEASE. By entering the Challenge, each participant releases in perpetuity the USTA and Fromuth from any claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with the Challenge and the use thereof as permitted hereunder, including, but not limited to, claims of false endorsement or infringement of rights of publicity or privacy.  Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Fromuth, USTA, and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness, and prize information, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in conjunction with this Challenge and similar promotions in any and all media or format now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, consideration, notice or permission, except where prohibited by law.  
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (where permissible) within 7 days of notification.  In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, prize may be forfeited.  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to accept the prize in the manner set forth by Fromuth.  The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize.  No compensation will be paid in lieu of the prize. The USTA and Fromuth reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of USTA and Fromuth, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  By accepting prize, winner releases and holds harmless the United States Tennis Association Incorporated, Fromuth Tennis, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, and the directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the above organizations (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability and Releasees will be held harmless by winner and his/her heirs and executors for any injury including personal injury, death, loss or damages of any kind, arising from the negligence of Releasees or participation in or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, misuse and/or non-use of any prize or participation and/or traveling to any prize-related activities, or any claims based on right of publicity/right of privacy.   The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. The Releasees accept no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.  The USTA reserves the right to modify this Challenge in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, the winner grants USTA and Fromuth the right to use and publish his/her photograph, likeness, name, city, and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media in connection with the Challenge without limitation and without additional compensation. 
 
USTA National Campus Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin Event String Off Challenge 2019 Page 4 of 4 OTHER.  The Challenge is a skill contest designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in the USTA National Campus Pro Shop. This Challenge may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling. 
 
WINNER LIST REQUESTS.  For a copy of the winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope by September 30, 2019 to: The United States Tennis Association Incorporated, Attn: Pro Shop Labor Day Round Robin String Off Challenge Winners List, 10000 USTA Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32827. 
 
MISCELLANEOUS.  Participants agree that this Challenge is governed solely by the laws of the United States and any claims arising out of this Challenge may be brought only in a federal or state court located in the counties of New York or Westchester, New York.  If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
